Everything You Need to Know.
Simple answers about Velora, set sizes, shipping, returns, and how to use your Water Ripple Light.
How does Velora charge?
Velora has a rechargeable battery and includes a 75 cm charging cable. Charge it when needed, then use it cord-free once charged.
What lighting controls does Velora have?
Velora offers 16 ambient color modes, 3 brightness levels, and both remote and touch controls so you can adjust the atmosphere without constantly handling the light.
What is the difference between 1 Set, 2 Sets, and 3 Sets?
The set size is the number of Velora lights included in your order. Choose 1 Set for one light, 2 Sets for two lights, or 3 Sets for three lights. The current price and savings for each option are shown directly on the product page before you add it to cart.
Can I use Velora in the bathroom?
Velora can be used to create bathroom ambience, but keep it away from direct water, shower spray, and areas where it could be submerged. We do not market Velora as waterproof.
When do I get free shipping?
Free shipping applies to orders of $50 or more before applicable taxes. A single 1 Set order is below the $50 threshold and uses the standard shipping rate shown at checkout. Orders of $50+ qualify for free shipping.
